Plates
Expected wait time for plates is now 7-10 days! A new improvement that was just updated as well is that a message can now be included on the invoice! Please note, these plates are melamine (plastic). They are dishwasher safe but are not safe for the microwave. If you don't see something you're looking for please feel free to contact me. There are more designs offered than I have on the site and I will be happy to assist you.
Fonts and colors are as shown for most of the plates. There are a few exceptions, including the platters where you still have the option to choose the font.
It is normal for the plates to have slight imperfections due to the printing process. They should be very subtle. If for any reason you are not happy with your plate, please let me know. I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied!
Stationery
There are more designs offered for notecards, labels, and notepads. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, I'll be more than happy to assist you. Stationery is sold as pictured with fonts and colors to make it easier on you. If you would like to change it, just ask!
Shipping & Taxes
Please allow 7- 14 business days for all items to ship. All orders under $23 are $3.00, all orders over $24 are now $6.00. All embroidered orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class with delivery confirmation. I apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time, I only ship within the United States. I am unable to ship internationally, at this time.
Please note, if you are ordering an item that is not embroidered, these come direct from a vendor and are shipped seperately. If you order an embroidered item and another non-embroidered item at the same time, I am able to enclose a note that will state another personalized gift will be shipping soon. I apologize for the inconvenience.
There will be a 7% sales tax added on to the orders for Georgia residents.
Payments
I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. You will be directed to Paypal's site from my site. A Paypal account is not neccessary to order. Simply click "continue" where it says "Don't have a Paypal account?". You will then be prompted to enter your shipping/payment information.
Returns/Refunds
Since all items are personalized, please double check your order for spelling. If using a monogram, please enter initials in order of First, Last, Middle. It always helps to spell out the name, that way there is less chance of error. If an error occurs due to customer error, a refund will not be issued. If an error occurs on my part, I will be more than happy to refund or exchange the item. I take great pride in the products I carry. I do not carry products that I, myself, would not be thrilled to own.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate your needs. All of the non-embroidered products I'm carrying come from different vendors and I am unable to see the finished product, if it is shipped directly to you or someone else. If you should get something and are not satisfied, please let me know! Refunds/exchanges will be given within 30 days of delivery.
Gift Wrap
All embroidered gifts are shipped wrapped in white tissue paper and tied with quality ribbon and a Plaid Petunia label. Since all other products are shipped from vendor, they will not be gift wrapped.
Gift Cards
I can only enclose a gift card with merchandise that comes from me, which is anything embroidered. For all other products, I can have a message typed on the invoice.
Can't find what you're looking for?
I always like to hear if there's a product out there that I don't have that customers are interested in. If you are looking for a different font, color, fabric, or applique that's not featured on the site, I do have more so please feel free to just ask! I can't promise you I'll have it but I just might!
